The property was built in 1915 as part of the The Long Hut estate, in 1968 however, it was destroyed by a fire. The municipality of Arnhem bought the ruined mansion with the corresponding adjacent lands. The barn became a municipal monument, while the house was restored to the original state. The property has a sitting room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and provides guests with access to a garden and a patio. There are numerous hiking and biking trails and it is possible to bring your own horse, since there are original stables and grazing. The house is situated in an area near Park De Hoge Veluwe, 8kn from the centre of town and 5km from general supplies. |
