Casa Martina is a newly built apartment and a stone's throw away from the popular beach of Cala Tarida. In Cala Tarida you can also find supermarkets, small shops and several good restaurants, all within walking distance.

The apartment is on the second (and top) floor of a small apartment building (no elevator). From the spacious terrace and from the roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The large pool is shared with other guests, but the owner has private sun loungers by the pool provided.

The apartments are not connected on the inside and each has its own entrance.NB: Due to some steeply sloping terraces. the holiday home cannot be rented to families with children between 6 months and 6 years. Due to the fact that the guesthouse needs to be accessed via a steep staircase on the outside of the property. is it less suitable for families with kids (up to 12 years old)
